Across the country, COVID-19 has disrupted networks for care and systems for survival.
HIPS received a 15% cut to our needle exchange and overdose prevention programs for 2021
– in the middle of a pandemic and spike in overdoses.
Your donation today will be put into action immediately, providing meals, non-judgmental harm reduction services, community engagement, and advocacy for folks in street economies at a time it's needed most.
