    Give a One Time Donation

HIPS offers comprehensive services designed to empower individuals on the streets to set and reach their goals towards healthy, happy, self-determined lives.  This includes a full service drop in at our Center for Health and Achievement, syringe access, Hep C, HIV and wellness care at our walk-in clinic, and a full service day and overnight outreach program.  HIPS makes over 8,000 contacts on the streets each year and serves an average of 1,200 clients per month.
